2.  Live network activity management
3.  Preventive maintenance task management and solution implementation
4.  Incident recovery and customer complaint handling
5.  Network issue and customer service request handling

المهارات
· Basic project management, delivery and communication skill.
· Diagnosing problems associated with equipment and transmission systems.
· Understanding the hardware classification of the Huawei GPON device and understanding the boards and SFPs of the MA5600/MA5800.
· Understanding the GPON principles, including alarms, performance and network protection switchover theories.
· Understanding GPON networking modes and site types, familiarize yourself with the device installation, configuration, and integration process of the GPON device, and complete the service configuration of the Huawei GPON device independently.
· Understanding GPON design principle and method, and independently complete the fault handling of GPON networks and equipment
Understand the IT platform (HDM, Netcracker, HPSA) of du, and be familiar with the IT
