As the new CEO, you will get the overall responsibility to supervise and control all strategic and business aspects of the company. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

Description
You will be responsible for management, strategic and business development, daily operations, sales, communication and financial management. You are used to collaborating with boards.
Responsibilities:
Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectivesOverseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and missionLeading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial teamReview financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvementsAnalyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growthBuild trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
Profile
The right candidate is able to define the framework of the job and manage to navigate the values and objectives of the organisation.
Requirements:
You hold a MSc/MA in Business Administration or a similar subject that has given you a solid commercial and organizational understanding5+ years proven experience as CEO or in other managerial position leading teams5+ years’ experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visionStrong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principlesAnalytical abilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and public speaking skills
