Senior Design / Landscape Architect

الوصف الوظيفي
• Management, Design, Documentation, Coordination, and Supervision of numerous projects from Design to on-site construction works across several sites within the UAE, GCC as well as Internationally
• Internally Manage and Coordinate project co-ordination and documentation (technical)
• Provide technical detailing and detail resolution to all design proposals
• Assist in the preparation of CAD drawings across all stages of project submissions
• Assist Management with the full revision of office CSI Specifications
• Edit and update project specific Specifications as needed
• Provide Internal QA/QC assistance (both design and technical) across numerous projects and various submissions including peer reviews as necessary and assist Management with the implementation of the QA/QC protocol
• Attend Client meetings and project presentations where you will represent the company (both local and abroad),
• Assist management with project planning, resourcing and deliverables ensuring that projects contractual obligations are timeously fulfilled,
• Assist Site Team, where necessary, with design and construction related issues.
• Assist with ongoing contracts management of both on-site and projects under design.
• Assist management with ongoing Client relations, business development and representing the company as necessary.
المهارات
• Must hold a design related degree, Landscape Architecture, Graphic Design.
• With minimum 5-year experience in construction industry.
• Excellent presentation skills and a range of built projects.
• Must be AutoCAD, photoshop and sketch-up proficient
• Preferably South African nationality
