Manager-Sales Planning & Ordering Gargash Enterprises is looking for a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Manager Sales Planning & Ordering Passenger Cars department. Responsible for optimizing the ordering of passenger cars, in regard to numbers, specifications and capital employed in line with approved retail forecasts. Scope of Responsibility Vehicle Ordering and Sales Planning
Ensure the ordering of cars in Daimler Proprietary system according to target agreement and internal budget
Ensuring accuracy in terms in line with ordering and pricing strategy, specifications, managing constraints and availability
Monitor shipments of vehicles and keep relevant parties informed
Supervise Ordering and Planning team
Monitor and track orders and shipments and production target achievement as well as sales target achievement, taking appropriate and corrective measures to stay in line with given target parameters
Ensure accurate Sales reporting
Implementing the company’s product management and pricing strategy
Sales Forecasting, preparing monthly and quarterly Sales Plans to ensure budget achievement
Retail Sales Assistance
Ensure special orders are following the documented process laid by the company Data management in Kerridge (Autoline)
Ensure that Mercedes-Benz data is up-to-date
Ensure up-to-date Vehicle Stock Book (VSB) management
Submit monthly short term/operational Sales & Production Plan
Monitor and update Sales Production planning Co-ordinate with parent company to provide relevant information on sales planning, ordering, product- and price management
Ensure that Sales planning & ordering data for each type class is entered into the master planning database according to the regulations and constraints while keeping in mind the objective of target agreement
Cross-check Daimler invoices with vehicle orders and existing pricing
Co-ordinate with Finance department to ensure accurate costing of imported vehicles Administration Align with Planning team, logistics department and finance department to ensure an efficient customs clearing process Compliance
Avoid conflicts of interest between your daily work and personal affairs and maintain a culture in which ethical conduct is recognized, respected and promoted
Respect and comply with the local law and Daimler rules, regulations, voluntary commitments and internal policies
المهارات
· Several years of Sales Management and/or Sales Planning experience in the Automotive Industry, preferably with Daimler/Mercedes-Benz
· Comprehensive understanding of ERP system process and key system functions related to demand planning, master scheduling and inventory management
· In depth experience running Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) processes
