As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for managing internal IT projects from inception through to delivery, dealing with stakeholders and collaborating with teams across the world to ensure your project is running efficiently and delivered on time.

المهارات
5+ years of IT delivery experience using Agile methodologies.
Proven track record of successfully delivering of business objectives/ roadmap utilizing all resource efficiently within budget.
Must have a deep understanding of Digital Banking across all products, with a solid IT delivery background
Capability to manage and coach others on their Agile journey.
Demonstrated history of delivering improvements in team performance, capability and efficiency.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies in particular SCRUM
Will be a thought leader and subject matter expert on delivery using Agile, and will constantly look to improve the delivery process whilst ensuring the business needs are met.
Lead multiple Agile delivery squads (teams) delivering large and complex Digital Bank projects across multiple business lines.
Liaise directly with both Business and Product Owners to ensure their requirements are being satisfied by and will act as a point of escalation for any technology issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science.
Agile Scrum Master/Scrum Master certification
