Our client is now recruiting for an Operations Manager experienced for Courier industry
Duties and Responsbilities
• You will play the key role in the management, control and direction of Outbound, Inbound and Reverse Logistics area of Operations
• You will ensure that the operation complies with all policies and procedures relating to Security, Health and Safety
• Supervise and manage the daily operation
• Responsible for team building of the company’s personnel, and conducting work guidance, training, supervision and assessment of personnel at various positions on a regular basis
• Develop operation process, supervise operation quality, control operation cost, improve service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in logistics or any related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the same role or an equivalent position with 3-5 years of experience in the logistics industry and 2 years leadership experience
• Have relevant knowledge of l express delivery, familiar with basic operation process of logistics and express delivery, understand cross-border express logistics operation
