We have several opportunities across Emaar, namshi.com, Eagle Hills and others What is the role? Reporting to Head of the Department or CEO. 
In your role you will support the head of the department or the CEO with strategy implementation, with managing key projects and initiatives that would help our long-term growth. The departments and projects will vary based on your expertise and business need. Sometimes these will be projects across the business or sometimes they will be based within specific department or function.
You will leverage your management and leadership capabilities to identify and manage risks, resolve issues and escalate where appropriate to drive projects to successful completion
You will play an active role in developing business cases, analyzing project goals, creating implementation plans, and then driving team members and key stakeholders to achieve those goals.
You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators to help support the future state of each project and ensure sustainability. You will communicate project status updates to stakeholders and business leaders.
