Our client is now recruiting for a Purchasing Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
• Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends

Job Requirements
• Require 4 to 5 years UAE experience procurement officer background in an advertising company
• Preferably male candidate
• Should have good experience with outsourcing suppliers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi task, knowledge of procurement of different types of goods and purchasing knowledge
