The Objective is to maintain the services of the Burj Khalifa Private Units on a day to day basis. To ensure a comfortable, secure and safe living environment is maintained for Burj Khalifa Residents / Occupants. To assist the Burj Khalifa FM team in the control of day to day operational issues. Follow operational procedures to minimize equipment breakdown and enhance center aesthetics to EMAAR Properties Standards.
Facilitates establishment of constructive relationships between the Residents and BK Management.
Follow up with the Contractors on the progress of Minor Renovation Works and Essential Services
Ensuring there is no missing appointments and timely closure of work orders to the satisfaction of end users.
Monitors the operational effectiveness of the Operations team through the use of performance measures.
Using regular tracking and reporting to assess trends, performance and issues
Act as the point of contact for all issues related with the Minor Renovation Works and Essential Services
Ensures the service provision base engaged is fulfilling their obligations as stated in the contract terms and conditions
Actively involved in all operational aspects to ensure the standard and integrity is beyond reproach
The role is not an office bound one, moreover it’s a role in which the Technical Executive is expected to continually “walk the floor” ensuring all Residents expectations are met via accumulating intimate knowledge of the building and all associated plant and equipment within the buildings
Liaises with the CAFM Executive to keeps the asset register updated and work orders are adequately completed by Contractors

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or a Vocational Qualification to Level 4 or above
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is essential
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same field. (Hospitality background)
Basic knowledge of Maximo applications and in systems according to the work specifications.
Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with all key contacts.
Ability to work with minimal supervision with high level of self-motivation
Possess sufficient knowledge to proficiently undertake minor remedial works as required.
