As a Digital Account Manager with expertise in Search Marketing and SEO you will be responsible for sizeable revenue and operating income for the company, pivotal to growth marketing. We are looking a highly skilled and experienced individual who is data-driven and has an in-depth understanding of Search Marketing. The position requires SEO knowledge, strategic mindset and high levels of collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will be hands-on in overseeing strategy, driving innovation, all while supporting an already strong, driven, and talented team to continue developing their search and digital marketing expertise. The role requires both day to day management and broader strategies, innovation, and programs including onsite optimization, cross-functional collaboration engaging content development and analysis and reporting. Objectives and responsibilities: · Leading paid search and SEO strategy for all company accounts with emphasis on holistic, full-funnel approach. Serve as the agency lead for all search POV’s and SEO implementations · Driving paid search work for clients, including strategy development, tactical expertise, and measurement of search programs · Identifying and determining paid search opportunities for all clients as they align with their digital marketing goals and strategies · Responsible for managing and implementing successful paid search campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency and volume · Work with the Sales team to prepare media plans, estimate budgets and volumes for prospective client proposals · Audit search and display efforts of potential clients and provide insight as to how ROI can be increased · Accountable for the quality of all paid search plans/strategies/services delivered to clients as well as client satisfaction · Acting as a central resource for information related to paid search – facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and encourage the groundswell for paid search across teams and offices · Acting as the key liaison with department heads, executive leadership, and account teams, to ensure investment and strategy alignment · Working directly with the management to spearhead agency new business and initiatives Requirements: · Must have 5 years of experience in Search Marketing and SEO · Must be available to join in 2 weeks · Must be fluent in Arabic and English · Must be Google Adwords and Analytics certified · Held a marketing leadership role with a focus on Paid Search & SEO · Have strong experience in managing teams · Can demonstrate a proven track record of developing the strategy and executing on high profile SEO campaigns · Have a good understanding of acquisition marketing overall and how SEO fits into this · The ability to juggle multiple company-wide goals and working with multiple teams at once · Strong communication skills, in particular with articulating a broader growth vision, and regularly reporting on progress, to senior leadership · Have extensive experience in working with data to form the basis of a growth strategy, as well as regularly reporting on progress
