Data input of 2020 TDM annual budget
Monthly tasks related to the P&L;, manage the workbook, review monthly with Supervisor on items to be followed up on
Monthly tracking of TOR – review monthly with Supervisor to decide on a way forward with the appropriate party, either Retail Relationship, follow-up with brand to ensure payment
Monthly maintenance of tenant contacts to be updated into the Yardi
Bad debt tracking/collection- weekly review with Supervisor to decide way forward with the appropriate party
Work with Specialty leasing to track payments, help establish payment cycles, update
Supervisor weekly on payment tracking
Work with Specialty leasing to track potential bad debt - weekly review with Supervisor to decide a way forward with the appropriate party
Assist with Speciality Leasing to establish and collect monthly sales reports
