Building & maintaining the supply planning KPI’s (MTD & YTD Plan Vs. Actual, OTIF, Stock level, inventory, sales report …) by market Participating in the S&OP;meeting Maintain effective working relationship with all managers and directors in the company to maximize the effectiveness of all Logistical company activities in support of BD objectives. Strategically plan and manage logistics, and customer services Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle Resolve any arising problems or complaints Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and yearly business reviews covering progress against Budget Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy Demand Planning: Owner of the forecast setting process thru close alignment with Marketing & Market Manager towards high forecast accuracy and lower error margin. Generate baseline forecast and develop demand forecasts Gandour’s portfolio by market. Owner of the Monthly demand sessions. Ensure synergy between Production, Marketing, and Market Managers with respect to clarity on forecast towards more efficiency. Reporting Fully responsible for placing orders from Affiliates. Tracking shipments while aligning with customers.
