Accounts Payable

Overview:
Ideal candidate would be someone with good knowledge of accounting, passionate about their work, not afraid to learn new things.

Typical Job duties include:
• Responsible for keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Charges expenses to accounts by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries in accounting system (ERP)
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks/ online transfers and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries.
• Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
