Provide specialist support for O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory) Provide real time monitoring and specialist support for O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory) Provide technical leadership and define best practice for the governance, administration and support of O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory) Mentor and effect in-depth skills and knowledge transfer to the in-house technical team and end users Define, develop, and implement a repository of approved ‘standard’ PowerShell scripts for use in performing routine O365 administration and support tasks Provide end user and technical support for O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory) Liaise with other operations teams and the wider technical community in order to diagnose and fix service affecting issues Provide support for e-discovery services and associated processes Keep abreast of O365 developments and ensure the organisation is ready to roll out changes to O365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Azure Active Directory) Resolve help desk tickets |
