HR Specialist - UAE Nationals

Our Client: Our client is a leading food manufacturer in the region.
Your Role: Responsible for managing the recruitment and on-boarding process (conducting interview, developing employment contracts, training). Manages the day-to-day HR Operations. Will work on HR Projects/Emiratization projects, Change Management projects etc and conduct organizational development activities in alignment with the HR activities. The purpose is to provide an efficient and effective administrative and support service to the HR function and the business as a whole. Aim to provide accurate administrative support across all HR processes in a confident and sensitive manner.
المهارات
Must Have: 2+ years of experience with relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree. Good interpersonal skills with ability to interface with individuals at all levels in the organization. Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion. Aptitude in MS Office. Knowledge of Human Resource fundamentals is a must. Communicates fluently in English. Only Emirati Nationals will be considered.
