The role

Design Coordinator - Major Exhibition Programme

Your responsibilities will include:

Engaging with designers, contractors and other consultants to ensure design delivery.
Being part of the design management team, ensuring timely production of design information.
Liaising with the project design and internal project teams.
Providing design briefing, reporting and monitoring.
Managing the external design by both project design, interface contractors and others.
Working to agreed design programme and deadlines.
Undertaking design rationalisation which include value engineering and installation efficiency.
Attending weekly design team meetings and other meetings where required.
Performing other duties as assigned.
The requirements

Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
Managing design throughout all phases.
Large or multiple project experience.
Working in construction management or project management teams.
Dubai project experience is preferred for client approval.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications

A degree qualification in architecture, fine arts or other related subject is essential for client approval.
A member of relevant professional body.
