Guest relations host - trainee

The GRH trainee is a customer orientated role which requires a friendly, proactive and can do attitude where the needs of the customer are treated as paramount. It involves assisting in filling in the position of a GRH when needed at the same time having the responsibility to help in valet service and having the capacity to do lifting and moving of item in the bank. It is essential that the banks ‘Here for Good’ brand promise is maintained and protected always.

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a professional image.
Acting in accordance with all processes and procedures.
Promoting property within the company.
Following daily activities as scheduled by the team lead or line manager.
Supporting and assisting to hospitality team colleagues as required.
Working across boundaries.
Maintaining of grooming standard of 5-star hotel expectation.
Escalating any matters of concern regarding the up-keep of facilities.
To be familiar with company departments values and vision in providing a 5-star hotel environment.
Your knowledge, experience and skills need to include:

Previous working experience working in 5-star hotel.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Good IT skills.
Qualifications

A degree qualification in any field.
