Job Description and Requirements Unique IT background with a minimum of 6-8 years of IT business consulting specialization. A proven track record of results combined with intrinsic intellect is just as important as the specific functional background Proven IT and IT project management skills at operational and strategic levels Relevant IT know-how across a broad set of IT aspects, which might include: Digitization, digital transformation program definition and execution, Advanced Analytics, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence Enterprise architecture (process, functional, application and technical architectures, program definition and execution) IT infrastructure (e.g. data warehouse, cloud, hosting, program definition and execution) IT applications (e.g. gap assessment, solutions recommendations, program definition and execution) IT architecture (e.g. SaaS, APIs & microservices, program definition and execution) IT services (e.g. Outsourcing/Offshoring, BPO, shared services, program definition and execution) Personal Attributes Regardless of an individual’s specific background, the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate the capability to: Appropriately frame IT issues for senior level clients by mastering the ability to step back and analyze Be insightful with strong problem-solving skills: Bias to approach problem solving in a structured and MECE way and combining it with sound practical business judgment to arrive at realistic solutions Be able to demonstrate a hands-on, practical approach to project delivery: Someone who ‘gets things done’ in an entrepreneurial, proactive and productive way Be an articulate and compelling communicator with a natural ability to package IT insights in a way that drives clients to (sometimes difficult) action Knows how to be engaging with clients while being concise and to the point; a strong interpersonal “presence”. Quickly gains trust and credibility with clients and consulting teams with a strong managerial perspective Has a personal interest to forge meaningful people relationships at all levels of seniority and be a mentor for more junior people |
