Key Responsibilities
Content Knowledge and Experience:
Practical experience and background in drafting and interpretation of company Policies, Procedures, Rules and Regulations.
Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
Support in designing the Policy and Procedures that meet organizational requirements, leverage best practices, and adhere to related standards.
Change Management:
Experience and knowledge in developing risk mitigation plans to deal with barriers and resistance.
Actively drive and assist on ad hoc improvement initiatives and processes.
Delivery and Execution:
Fluency in English and Arabic proficiency
Ensure policies are created via standard format per approved framework and governance system.
Ensure decisions on policy approvals are attained and all appropriate stakeholders are involved and informed.
Maintain the company’s policies related to HRD, Employee Handbook, Business Continuity Rules and Regulations.
Ensure new or updated policies are communicated to Helpdesk, HRBPs, other relevant HRD staff, and company employees accordingly.
Maintaining Polices & Procedures Manual in coordination with the policy owners to ensure policies and procedures are updated as needed.
Review updates of policy overlap, exceptions, and inconsistencies.
Present instances of policy inconsistencies or overlap to HR ExCom.
Work with policy owners to recommend bridging the gaps and present the proposals to HR ExCom for further advice and action.
Review HRD policies to verify continued fit for purpose of policies as per the current state of the company.
Ensure policy updates reflecting changes in the company.
Stakeholder Management:
Identify interdependencies with other functions and engage with them to ensure development activities align to organization strategy and take into consideration all relevant internal and external factors.
Support functional leadership in identifying and engaging champions and key stakeholders in the business in order to ensure alignment to business needs and outcomes.
Communication Skills:
Anticipate and adapt to the audience’s feedback, questions, and concerns as appropriate.
Maintain continues open and consistent communication with individuals despite the sensitivity of situations.
Data Management, Analytics and Validation:
Interpret results of analysis to identify trends and improvements in tools, processes, and methods that impact organizational processes. Ensure timely delivery of reports and management information.
Responsible for the timely delivery of Operational and Management reports required by the Division Head, Section Heads and HR Leadership.
System / Application Knowledge Skills:
Work with a wide range of applications to provide required analysis, acquire understanding of company systems relevant to area of work.
Able to provide analysis and reporting as required.
Confidentiality;
Can maintain higher level of proficiency in information confidentiality.
Promotes confidentiality concepts and enforces others to obtain.

Education and Experience
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business, Human Resources or related field.
A minimum of 5 year’s relevant experience
