Role Description & Requirements:

As an Assistant Manager in their team you will find the work is extremely varied – from investigating the causes of underperformance through independent commercial and financial reviews, advising and supporting in the design of restructuring solutions, preparation of financial turnaround plans, and acting as insolvency practitioners.

Industry Focus:
Banks, Sovereign Funds, Capital Markets, Insurance Companies, Asset Management Companies, Development Financial Institutions, and Regulators.

Functional Experience in:
Strategy, Large-scale Transformations, Process optimization, Mergers and Integration, Financial Crime Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Economic Advisory for Financial Services Institutions, real estate companies, corporate and major government organizations.
