Store Keeper:
•Rich experience in Managing of inventory - Checking the system and physical stocks and making requisitions for materials for stock, manage minimum and maximum stocks. ordering, receiving, storing, inspecting and inventorying of materials, supplies, tools & equipment’s.
• Receive incoming materials to stores, against purchase orders.
• Make Material Receipt entries and issue entries in FOCUS .
• Mark received articles with identifying codes, figures, or letters when required.
• Issue stock materials as requested on requisitions by checking items against stock levels on hand, suggesting substitutes, noting quantities issued on requisitions, and updating issue in FOCUS.
• Direct the work activities of store assistant engaged in performing tasks relating to the receipt, storage, custody, issue, and shipment of materials.
• Prepares necessary reports.
• Conduct physical inventory check, compare results obtained with totals on control records, and solve discrepancy problems.
• Make recommendations and suggestions with respect to the substitution and interchange of items, items of questionable serviceability, establishment of minimum and maximum stock levels, and modification and adaptation of guides for effective handling and storing of supplies.
• Make requisitions for items reached re-order levels.
• Preparing invoices, Delivery notes and gate passes for material deliveries require JAFZA Customs inspection.
• Supervise assigned personnel.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Delivery:
Delivery of finished goods -local & export, export documentation, preparing stock reports.
Good knowledge in excel & word.
