Civil Engineer Data Center Experience

الوصف الوظيفي

• Ideally worked at least two major projects Contacts from start to finish
• Knowledge in Civil works foundations, finishing fit outs.
• Worked on fast track design and detailed engineering projects
• Capability to prepare B.O.Q.
• Have experience in coordination with Municipality such as ADM and other Abu Dhabi Authorities permits and NOCs
• Prepare reports of civil activities.
• Experience required working on Roads projects.
• Assist in preparation of site as-built drawings and details and in preparation of actual executed quantities of items
• Responsible and accountable to take care of his own health, safety and environment at work in compliance with safety rules. He should not do anything to either compromise his health and safety of that of others
• Ensure subcontractor working as per the design Drawings and ensure the quality of works.
• Managing the sub-contractors with regard to programming, supervision and contracts administration, traffic management, technical queries, quality control
• Reporting directly to the Project Manager on matters relating to the operational and financial success of the projects
• Ensuring the integration of all functions including design, procurement and construction
• Ensuring the project satisfies cost, time, quality, environmental, risk and safety requirements

المهارات
• The Ideal candidate must have around 4 - 7 years’ Experience
• Ability to work under pressure.
