The successful candidate needs to be a dynamic, enthusiastic and part of a fast-moving environment
Some of the Responsibilities & Accountabilities can be summarized as:
Periodic account review with clients
Periodic account review within the group from performance and sales targets point of view.
Negotiation skills, where the successful candidate would support Sales team to negotiating
commercial terms with existing and potential clients.
Insuring SLA are met, by working closely with the client and act as a business partner.
Budgets and reporting on client performance status with department head.
Manage new and existing accounts
Maintaining an efficient work environment.
Identify clients’ needs and report them to the concerned departments and line manager
Build sold, long lasting relation with clients.
Upselling, and Cross selling services when possible and as directed.
Generate new leads by lobbying with existing clients.
Identify new revenue opportunities and assure onboarding them.
Actively and in a timely manner responding to client’s query, emails and calls.
Preparing proposals, agreements, reports, and presentations to meet the organisations and client’s needs.
Developing business plans to cover meeting agreed targets and promoting the overall organisation image.
Setting KPI’s goals for team members and assure assisting them to achieve them.
To be part of the team whom develops the annual sales and marketing plans from forecasts for solutions and areas working on
Strong sales and persistence in follow up with all potential clients.
Follow up with existing clients to assure meeting SLA.
Develop market analyses to obtain details about, Competitors, new target clients, market trends, and propose ways of overcoming these challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communications in both Arabic and English.
Maintain confidentially and work ethics at all times
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
Strong organizational skills and details oriented.
Ability to travel frequently
المهارات
Experience in sales, customer service with large organization and or government clients within the GCC.
University degree in business from a recognized university, and holding a master’s degree is an add bonus but not necessary.
Requires excellent written and verbal communications.
Self-starter.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Multitasking which enable the candidate to meet deadlines.
To work with a diversified team of professionals.
Detail oriented
Flexible to work outside of normal business hours.
Adaptability to change, and to take the extra mile to achieve set goals.
Effective presentation skills.
