Successful candidate must show the ability to achieve and meet the clients SLA.
Periodic account review with clients & within the group.
Maintain confidentially and work ethics at all times
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently and within a team.
As the candidate will have previous experience within the background screening industry, adaptation of best practices shall be the main driver while setting and achieving organizational set goals.
Enhance the entire operations department with utmost optimizations of staff and cross function the team into different sets within the process.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
managing and monitoring operations team assuring delivery and meeting of SLA.
Setting up capacity plans to include required resources to achieve organizations set SLA, with the most cost-effective approach.
Delegation and accountabilities.
Assist in improving the efficiency by proposing solutions to other support functions such IT, HR, and others.
Become the focal point of contact among other departments to all operations related matters.
Overlook, assure SLA, and team KPI’s are met.
Visits to clients to discuss the SLA and other issues which the clients might be facing.
Develop and manage staff from various office locations.
Excellent communication skills in English is a must. Arabic will be a great added value.
Assure that all daily deliverables / target are completed by the team members to assure no build-up of backlogs.
Ability to travel when required.

Background screening experience is a must have, all applications submitted without such experience will be disqualified.
University degree from a recognized university and holding a master’s degree is an add bonus but not necessary.
Requires excellent written and verbal communications.
Self-starter.
Strong communication skills.
Multitask, and ability to meet deadlines.
To work with a diversified team of professionals.
Detail oriented
Flexible to work outside of normal business hours.
Adaptability to change, and to take the extra mile to achieve set goals.
Effective presentation skills.
