The successful candidate needs to be a dynamic, enthusiastic and part of a fast-moving environment Looking for a season IT manager responsible for organization-wide systems and information.  The applicant should possess knowledge in the following areas:
Designing training programs and workshops for staff
Conducting regular system audits
Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Able to handle client’s meetings
Running regular checks on network and data security
Well versed with software development environments and data security
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
Providing direction for IT team members
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
المهارات
Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in information technology management
Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
Software development abilities preferred
Strong problem solving, and communication skills required
Strong experience with data base management and security
Self-starter.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. 
Multitasking which enable the candidate to meet deadlines. 
To work with a diversified team of professionals.
Detail oriented
Flexible to work outside of normal business hours.
Adaptability to change, and to take the extra mile to achieve set goals.
Effective presentation skills.
