The Role: This role focuses on managing all marketing related activities for the Mercedes-Benz brand. Monitor systematically competitor prices and marketing activities and report monthly to the Head of Marketing and Planning. Develop and execute the consumer marketing strategy across web, social, search and eCommerce platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement. Key Job Responsibilities: · Develop the annual marketing plan & budget in-line with the company’s overall objectives. · Liaise on regular basis with the principle office on various aspects to budget planning, marketing action plans. · Identify potential customer targets for all new product launches & outline the communication measures to maximise reach. · Monitor and adapt the Automotive Brands’ Corporate identity elements within the framework required across the company. · Formulate and direct regular integrated communication measures and carefully track their effectiveness against KPIs. · You will leverage your broad range of marketing skills including print, digital, social media, events and more to influence customers and prospects—automotive dealerships—promoting products that they can rely on to help run their businesses. · You will own a wide array of marketing projects from thought to completion. · Regional budget management & planning · Strong and deep overall business acumen and good knowledge of MB area of business and overall business strategy. · You will gain broad exposure to our products and enjoy visibility as you work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product Management and Planning and CRM. Qualification & Experience · Minimum 7 years working experience in marketing in the automotive industry, ideally with a premium car manufacturer · A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Business or another related field · Strong project management skills, including the ability to independently manage multiple projects, meet deliverable dates, prioritize and organize effectively. · Strong interpersonal communication, client relationships, commercial acumen and research analysis · Strong internal stakeholder and agency management skills · Languages: English and Arabic
