Business Development Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
Department- Network Development Location: UAE Inviting applications from experienced, dynamic and highly qualified individuals to fill the position of Business Development Executive. You will be responsible in exploring new business opportunities, developing business portfolio and other related activities Also, the position has the responsibility of generating and maintaining business consistent with efficiency and a high standard of customer service.
Design and develop KPIs on sales operations
Maintain upto date knowledge on the sales processes and KPI development and to identify trend development and abnormality
To monitor and evaluate the implementation status of deployed process and KPIs to develop and execute corrective measures to ensure flawless compliance
Support the network and business development team to ensure the successful introduction of process quality gates to ensure accurate systems and customer data.
Implement quality gates within the process that supports system development and efficient work process.
Analyze business trends and calculate financial implications for process development.
Develop customer-centric sales products with retail sales and after-sales operation to promote the new and used car sales on the base of interdepartmental collaboration.
Conduct periodic market research to monitor the activities and development of local competitors and their strategy.
المهارات
Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive field with similar job responsibilities and an excellent communication skill both English and Arabic (Preferred)
Market Awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
Advanced Business to Business consultative sales skills
Self-starter and ability to take ownership/lead deliver complex projects
