Sales Director Middle East

One of the global leading producers of devices and consumables for medicine and science currently has an employment opportunity for a Dubai based Sales Director.
Reporting to the Group Executive Board, you will represent the company in UAE and the Middle East by supporting the local distributors in order to promote and extend market penetration and sales of the whole product range.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Directly supervising and directing the local team in UAE
- Liaising with local distributors, customers and relevant departments at HQ
- Supporting the development and maintenance of strategic sales and marketing plans and campaigns in support of local distributors
- Developing and effectively supporting key accounts and key opinion leaders in UAE and the Middle East
- Planning, preparing and developing the sales support team in accordance with business development in UAE and the Middle East
المهارات
Medical / Scientific qualifications at Master’s degree level, MBA would be a plus. Sales experience in the Diagnostic / Life Science product market.
- At least 5 years working in a sales environment in Diagnostic or Life Science related field
- Proven track record in consultative selling, specifically with large complex organizations and distributors
- Experience working independently, e.g. in a start-up environment
- Experience dealing with businesses at key decision maker and director level
- An extensive network of contacts in UAE; desirable in any additional countries in the Middle East
- Willingness to travel the region
- Strong administrative skills and experience in reporting in international companies
- UAE driving license
- Very good working knowledge English
- Very good working knowledge MS office
