Quest is working with a multinational automotive company in the Middle East looking for an experience IT Director to lead their team in Dubai. We are seeking for someone who has proven exeprience in building teams and a solid background developing multi-year IT strategies.
As an IT Director, you will:
- Develop, implement, and review IT strategies for your assigned region
- Deliver IT solutions and innovations in support for local brand strategies / opportunities
- Support, monitor, and manage security audits and IT governance
- Implement and maintain Qulity Management System processes
- Implement standard IT processes and procedures, deliver IT projects on time, manage budget and deliver cost optimization
- Represent region in conferences, meetings, projects, and other Group initiatives
- Gather feedback through customer surveys and implement new initiatives to maintain customer satisfaction
Desirable skills and background:
- At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably 5 years in the same capacity
- Deep understanding of the Automotive industry (from retail, dealer, and customer processes)
- Solid background in team management, strategy development, and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide technical solutions quickly
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and German is an advantage
