Fleet Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for Fleet Supervisor who is familiar with Dubai Locations to:
Monitor driver behaviours and ensure a high level of service level.

- Bridge between Kitchen and Drivers to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on timely manner
- Ensure delivery process are diligently followed
- Maintaining the complaint logs for late deliveries and other delivery issues on daily basis.
المهارات
- Should have at least 2 years’ experience in managing or supervising fleet of more than 50.
- Experience with On Demand Fleet/platform.
- Must speak English and Hindi.
- Must have experience in DMS (Delivery Management System)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, presentable and knowledge in MS Office.
