POSITION: Asst. Restaurant Manager
SALARY: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ARABIC or TURKISH candidates
Male, below 35 years old
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
Training or ensuring that workers are properly trained for their specific roles
Scheduling work hours and shifts
Coordinating job rotation and cross-training
Providing reports and activity updates to management
Ensures product quality and great service
المهارات
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Food Services Management or any relevant certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably from an FnB Luxury Brand
Proven track record of delivering high quality service and operations
Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge on basic business math and accounting skills
Good command in English (Writing and Speaking)
Ability to manage a multicultural team and displays leadership skills
