Quest is working with a multinational automotive manufacturing company as they look for a Regional Sales Manager to join team in Dubai. The successful applicant will ideally come for a premium, principal background with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Our client is seeking someone with an entrepreneurial flair to sales and marketing, with excellent management capabilities.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be involved in:
Managing dealerships and establish dealer KPIs and targetsWork with both internal and external resources to define and implement sales targets (GCC)Regular monitoring of sales performances, business models, stocks, and production allocationRegular reports, market visits and business meetings to define sales strategiesAssist the marketing department in running sales campaigns, product launches and market activities

Desirable skills and background
A minimum of 10 years’ in a leading Automotive organization (manufacturer/distributor).Proven track record in salesStrong dealership management capabilitiesStrong commercial acumenStrong marketing analysis capabilitiesGCC market knowledge is a MUSTStrong background in managing large multicultural teams
