TRA e-Gov Consultant

الوصف الوظيفي
We are looking for a TRA e-Gov Consultant to be responsible for assessing the website and e-Services portals as per UAE e/m government guidelines and plan all required improvements. The consultant must provide all required consultation to our stakeholders to help them complete their action items with accordance to TRA indices/enablers, as follows:
Level of electronic/mobile transformation index.
Level of usage of electronic/ mobile services.
Level of satisfaction with electronic/ mobile services.
Level of public awareness about electronic/ mobile services.
Government websites’ quality index.
Electronic/mobile service quality index.
Mobile services integration index.
The scope for the consultant also covers validating the compliance with UAE Federal Website Quality Guidelines:
Domain and Hosting
Site Architecture and Design
User Experience and Usability
Content
Accessibility
e-Participation & Open data
Security and Information Protection
Marketing
المهارات
Native Arabic speaker
Be proactive and take initiative.
Proven experience with the similar scope.
Thorough knowledge in the UAE government guidelines and standards.
Excellent communication skills in both English & Arabic.
Reliable and trustworthy.
