Quest is working with an innovative e-commerce and logistics company in the Middle East, looking for an Operations Head to join their team in Dubai. They are looking for someone with a strong background in logistics operations and is willing to grow with one of the most successful startups in the region.
As an Operations Head, you will:
- Manage daily operations for the region
- Recommend delivery process enhancements and optimizations
- Work with internal teams to develop new process enhancements
- Ensure center operations are efficiently running at all times
- Ensure that customer expectations are met in a timely manner and provide unparalleled customer experience at all touch points
- Manage fleet manpower and operations
- Develop, manage, and train team
Desirable skills and background:
- At least 6-7 years’ experience in similar role and capacity
- Strong background in the E-Commerce or large FMCG / Hospitality industry
- Excellent planning, analytical, time management and people management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in Online Management, Distribution, Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, among others
