We are growing our regional sales team and are looking for highly motivated individuals to drive our mission to build a better world by helping organizations become Great Places to Work For All.
The right candidate will be passionate about business development and sales, developing strong customer relationships, and helping increase the number of clients who are part of the Great Place to Work® community.
Currently, we have multiple sales positions open for junior to senior level opportunities across our offices in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha.
Sales team members are responsible for:
• Delivering on sales targets by representing Great Place to Work® to current and prospective customers.
• Quickly assessing how we can partner with prospective customers to help them grow their business, attract and retain their people, and become a certified Great Place to Work®.
• Reaching out to companies over the phone and by email to educate them about the Great Place to Work® Certification program, its benefits, and Best Workplaces recognition opportunities. The goal is to turn these interactions into participants for the program.
• Working collaboratively cross-functionally and across the region.

المهارات
• 2+ years of previous experience in sales at a professional services or technology (SaaS) company (SaaS experience preferred)
• Familiarity with human resources and/or organizational development is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• A strong bias for action and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Must speak and write in English, and fluency in Arabic preferred (required for KSA)
• Local knowledge / expertise of GCC and local (Saudi/Qatari/Emirati) markets is necessary
• Ability to or proven track record of working with public, private and non-profit sectors
