الوصف الوظيفي
• Evaluate new strategic ideas coming from within the Dept. and convey promising ones to senior management.
• Manage strategy-related initiatives that cross unit and functional lines, to ensure they receive sufficient resources and attention.
• Provide recommendation on section performance indicators and take necessary correction actions as needed.
• Conduct research and studies, bench mark and advise on best practices on processes
• Provide technical guidance and advice to head of section on development of the processes and procedures
• Any other duties as may be agreed by Director
المهارات
Qualification : Master degree with Preferred knowledge in Policy, or related field.
Experience : 8 years experience in Business or Health Management / Asset Management with at least 3 years in strategic planning background
