We are hiring a Deputy General Manager / COO for our client. The company is focused mainly on Enterprise Application Integration and Business Process Automation.

المهارات
Experience Required
15 years of experience managing an IT organization focused on sales of Enterprise Solutions including Software Licenses and Professional Services.
Managed a team of 20 resources between developers and sales/pre-sales staff
Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Solutions such as EAI, API and Middle-Ware
Experience managing proposals and bids and negotiations
Problem Solver and ability to deal with customers in resolving conflicts and managing expectations
Knowledge of Enterprise Business Solutions preferably within Telecom, Finance and Government domains
Experience in Managing IT Projects Delivery
Experience working in GCC preferably, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar markets
Must be Arab Speaker
