Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership of 5/6 restaurant chains, necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service, guest relation, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure that brand values are understood & practiced by all staff in brand. Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure proper & attractive display of Bakery, Pastry, and Chocolate & Ice Cream in Display Cases & the products in display are fresh as per the brands tagline.
Ensure that all Outlet Managers understand the importance of guest relation & quality service.
Ensure that all food and products are prepared, Fresh and of the best possible standard and served according to the brand recipes and serving standards.
Achieve company objectives in sales, cost, service, quality and appearance of the facility through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Continually strive to train your staff, contribute to developing training & incentive schemes to build up staff morale and minimize the staff turnover at your outlets.
Achieve the Budgeted Sales, personal cost & wastage targets.
Check & implement schedules to maximize the staff productivity by aligning the staff schedules to the sales.
Interact with guests and gather customer feedback on the brands products & take corrective measures based on the feedback.
Fully understand and comply with all municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.
Create detailed reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis as per company standards.
المهارات
Ideal candidate:
MUST have F&B;, restaurant chain management experience
Bachelors degree
UAE drivers license and own car
Able to manage a multisite (restaurant) operation
Arabic is preferred but not essential
3-5+ plus experience in a similar position is a MUST!
