AVP Strategy & Program Management - Asset Management (UAE National)

الوصف الوظيفي
Manage the Strategic Planning process and enterprise PMO for Asset Management, to ensure alignment with Corporate Strategy.
Provide strategic advisory support to Asset Management Senior Leadership.
Strategy:
Plan, develop and align AM Strategy, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a robust strategic plan
Work with AM Senior Leadership to set and clearly define the Objectives and cascade to departments
Support with the development of the AM Performance Management framework
Program Management:
Support the development and execution of enterprise PMO framework to manage Programs & Initiatives – selection, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting
Develop Initiative business cases and charters and ensure alignment to AM Strategy
Engage external stakeholders to learn and influence business strategies, advising AM Senior Leadership on opportunities and risks.

المهارات
8-10 years in large Real Estate company or multi-national (local, regional or international)
Preferred experience in Real Estate, Development Management, Management Consulting, PMO Consulting, Investment Banking
Good understanding of the balanced scorecard and Strategic Planning framework
Experience in Strategic Planning and Performance Management
Experience in managing leadership and aligning them to achieving Objectives
Good track record of effective Program & Initiative management
Good track record in managing projects in the field of Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, HR Transformation, Process Improvement and Investments
Good track record in managing teams, stakeholders and clients
Must possess the ability to take initiative, pro-actively look for solutions, work and manage projects within tight deadlines, and communicate to leadership any challenges/issues in a clear and timely fashion
Technical Competencies:
Masters/MBA degree preferred
Project management qualification (PMP/APMP/Prince2 or equivalent)
Strategy certifications
Process improvement certifications
Business excellence certifications
