Job Description and Requirements The selected candidate wins, maintains, and expands relationships with end users and assigned channel partners, and responsible for achieving sales, Business Development, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. The Sales Account Manager represents the entire range of Security Products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a specific vertical market. Responsibilities Work on getting the Honeywell Commercial Security (HCS) Products approved by the approval authorities in the region (MCC, SIRA, DGS, MOI, etc) Develop and maintain relationships with allocated end-users and partners across the UAE by promoting HCS’s solutions and negotiating orders to maximize revenue in accordance with pre-defined targets Responsible for the sales revenue and to develop appropriate Channels, manage partners including the training and development of their teams. Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and communicate information Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer complaints or concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Submit weekly, monthly and as requested business reports to management, ensure optimum use of online tools and resources as advised by management Coordinating with other Honeywell product Business units to enlist support on specific Projects and develop specifications and Channels Drive Marketing initiatives such as seminars, focus meeting and demand generation activities by establishing direct relations with end users, key customers and key players in different verticals. Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base create market demand and ensure its strong presence in the UAE market among different verticals.
