الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Plan menus according to employers’ needs and diet restrictions.
2.  Prepare meals in a private villa according to employers’ recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
3.  Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils.
4.  Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.
5.  Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
6.  Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
7.  Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats, and bake breads and pastries.
8.  Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.
9.  Plan menus according to employers’ needs and diet restrictions.
10.  Travel with employers to vacation homes to provide meal preparation at those locations.
11.  Specialize in preparing fancy dishes and/or food for special diets.
12.  Create and explore new cuisines.
المهارات
Degree or diploma in culinary arts.
Minimum 5 years Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant, big kitchen or with a private Emirati family.
Expert of Indian and Chines cuisines.
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
Ability to work independently or in a team.
Very good communication skills
Excellent physical condition and stamina
