Summary Our client is a large multinational company from Europe who are the leaders in their industry. With over 50 years of industry expertise, they are truly masters of their sector. The Sales Manager reports to the CEO or Head of B2B and is responsible for prospecting, acquiring, retaining and maximizing the value of B2B client accounts through superior customer service while promoting the brand and representing the values of the Company. Focus on B2B and B2B2C accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Clearly articulate and promote the quality differentiators and key selling points of the company services
Acquire and support the onboarding of new accounts
Advise clients on treatments, services, offers, promotions and other benefits
Follow up on customer queries and complaints liaising internally with relevant departments of the Company
Keep track of client profitability by account, segment, industry, service and catchment area
Participate in R&D;efforts for the launch or upgrade of service offering
Collaborate actively with the Marketing Manager in the development of the marketing plan for B2B and B2B2C
Implement promotion and marketing projects
Organize PR events complying with the marketing policy and initiatives
Support and maintain the CRM platform for B2B and B2B2C
Ensure that services have appropriate quality and meet deadlines
Coordinate with Customer Support replies to customer tickets
Report to management on the results of commercial initiatives
Monitor competition and report to management on relevant aspects (eg. services, prices, etc)
Support collection efforts with Finance Department
Meet personal and team sales targets
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database

Qualifications and Skills Required:
3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B sector (eg. Hospitality, Retail, Textile Industry, PR & Events, Other services)
Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License
Self-starter
Track record of success in acquiring new customers
Commercially astute, articulate, technically strong and hands on
Ability to deal with and overcome rejection. Takes responsibility for results
Has a sense of urgency and excels at time management
Natural motivator and has confidence and drive to lead a team
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Strong motivation to exceed set goals
Good presentation and ease of communication
Excellent communications skills
IT skills – Microsoft Office, CRM platforms and others
