The Sr. Manager Ticketing Key Accounts is responsible for sourcing and solidification of ticket reselling and ticket promotion agreements to drive Expo 2020 ticket sales from indirect channels world-wide through Key Accounts, Airlines, OTAs and through UAE based leisure and cultural attractions. This key role will be vitally important in helping Expo 2020 achieve its visitor goals whereby approximately 70% are expected to come from abroad. The main responsibilities of this role include: - Cultivate, consolidate and manage ticket reselling opportunities through Airlines, OTAs and other Key Accounts, collaborating also with Destination Marketing on promotional initiatives and road-shows; - Develop strategies to deploy ticket cross-selling with local attractions and theme parks aimed at providing a win-win offering that will appropriately boost visitation; - Assist other domestic and international sales areas within the Ticketing team to validate and optimally tune strategies and roll-out plans; - Facilitate and execute strategic ticket promotion and selling opportunities through Authorised Ticket Resellers (ATRs) such as Airlines, OTAs and other Key Accounts by engaging the clients, assisting them to define their value added propositions, closing Reseller; - Account Manage Key Account, OTA and Airline ATRs from a sales perspective to best support their activity to maximise the numbers they will contribute to Expo’s visitation; - Account Manage the same accounts from an operational perspective such as web-based portal ticket purchase transaction and ticket fulfilment activity, promotional kit use, adherence to policies and procedures, payment collection and reconciliation; - Provide guidance and periodic feedback to other colleagues where personal past professional experience can contribute positively, and in the same spirit develop and implement new ideas to optimize the Ticketing functional area’s sales results and operational processes.

8+ years’ experience in Theme Parks, Entertainment and/or Hospitality as well as:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Business, Economics or Marketing;
- Experience in sales engagement, managing B2B promotional relationships, commercial partnerships, cross-selling and commercial project management;
- Experience in Destination Sales/Marketing and knowledge of the international travel and consumer digital space including an understanding of content, marketing and trends;
- Sales & business development capabilities in scouting and acquiring new resellers and in identifying up-sell and cross-selling opportunities with existing and prospective Authorised Ticket Resellers;
- Extensive and broad technical and managerial capabilities to develop and enhance operations quality and reach maximum business unit productivity;
- Sharp communication skills;
- Excellent customer service approach;
- Professional and diplomatic presence with good presentation skills;
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills;
- Detail oriented with high attention to quality.
