Admin- Fresh graduates/Arabic only(1 year contract)

Our Client is an automotive & energy giant known for it’s innovative and out of the box ideas they incorporate into their business model. They are now looking for an admin to join their team, preferably fresh graduate or someone who completed internships or other work experience would be valued, especially if it’s from a customer facing type of work (hospitality, retail, etc).

If you are a young soul who loves technology, and is passionate,creative, up to date with the tech and automotive world and sustainable living this will be the right role for you.

What you will do,

•Primary responsibility are RTA vehicle registrations (preparing paperwork, going to the RTA in Al Barsha to register vehicles
•Deposit customer cheques in the company bank account
•Answer phones and provide general information to inbound callers
•Arrange for office supplies
•Support the Sales team in the showroom during busy times
