Responsible for the creating proposals, sales pitches, work orders and assist customers in filing all required information
Act as account representatives and maintain excellent business relations with Space Hosts and ensure a high retention rate
Conduct sales calls by calling leads according to the policies and procedures set forth by directives of the Sales Management
Achieve target sales as per the key performance indicators communicated by the Sales Manager
Supply the Sales Manager with reports on issues, interests and innovative products and services that could be provided in the market
Perform analysis of existing and potential customers and build knowledge and experience of competitors’ prices
Archive all documents and information related to subscriptions according to company policies, procedures and processes
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality
Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience with a record of success
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Certificates is an advantage
With valid UAE driver’s license and own car is a plus
Experience in hotel subscription sales is a plus
Exceptional customer service and English communication skills
Exceptionally well presented with strong negotiation and consultation skills
Demonstrate high degrees of diligence and accountability, with evidence of consistent and current success
Ability to multi-task, proactive, confident with a positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven company
Excellent attention to detail when dealing with suppliers and clients
