Regional Business Development Manager - Luxury Retail

Quest is working with a luxury Jewellery & Watch brand, who is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. While we are looking for someone with strong business development skills; this role will focus on account and wholesale management.

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute strategic account management and wholesale partnerships
- Lead the development of the wholesale luxury channel and utilize sales data to manage, develop, and serve existing accounts
- Plan and execute strategies to help the business to grow and meet sales targets
- Generate reports and present them to senior management

Desirable skills and background:

- MBA preferred, with at least 6 years’ experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, in an FMCG or Luxury environment
- Proven success in partner management and managing teams
- Experience in setting footprint in the Middle East or Europe Region
- Senior-level verbal and written communication skills
- Arabic speaker (preferred but not a must)
