-Candidate shall have a very good communication skills in English and Russian
-Candidate shall be capable of project communications, correspondence, contracts management, conducting meetings and noting minutes of meeting and providing reports to management
-Managing Special Projects (Trading Commodities experience required)
-Drafting Agreements and Reviewing Contracts, Cost Comparison
- Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
- Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. (Selling techniques, documentation, logistics experience)
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Coordinating internal resources and vendors/third parties for the flawless execution of projects
-Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
-Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, ensuring resource availability and allocation
-Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
-Report and escalate to Management as needed
-Perform risk management to minimize project risks
-Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
-Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
-Collaborate with key internal teams and departments
-Gather key insights and feedback that the business can utilize on
-Provides guidance, control and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems
-Participates in business development efforts by gathering and presenting a variety of background data.
-Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
-Initiate and maintain key contracts
-Use expertise in logistics and supply chain to assess and evaluate the best solutions
-Identify risks, issues and opportunities and provide effective solutions to mitigate, resolve or enhance
-accountable for the delivery of multiple projects/programs from inception through implementation, including planning, risk, cost and benefit management.
-Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in logistics and Supply, International Trade Laws
- Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 5 years in Logistics
- Must have significant experience of managing complex projects from inception through implementation in challenging environments
- background in senior role within an international shipping, logistics or retail supply chain business
- Experience in managing and developing specialist project teams that can operate in matrix environment
