While experience is not required for this role, we absolutely require the following;
1. Flawless (nay native) English Fluency
2. Strong and direct phone manner (no hesitant or hushed tones required please)
3. Ability to adapt and learn quickly (your mind must always travel a mile a minute)
4. Must be educated to at least degree level
5. Able to start on an immediate basis

Applicable fields for this internship in your future career (outside of Recruitment/HR) would be; Advertising/Creative/PR/Media Agency, Digital/Technology, Management Consulting, Finance and Law.
You will be working on the phone initially, talking to other talented graduates such as yourself, and learning the nuts of bolts both of Talent Aquistion (Recruitment) and HR strategy from a seasoned (British) management team with over 20 years experience in the field. You will also have exposure to multi disciplinary departments (as outlined above) within the consultancy.
