الوصف الوظيفي
• Selling IT products and services, including Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Consumables, and service contracts, as we are an IT system integrator.
• Out & Inside Sales role.
• Responds to customer inquiries.
• Direct customers to company resources for information.
• Works effectively in team environment.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potentials.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Representing the company at exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Creating detailed proposal documents and quotations.
• Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
المهارات
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant (IT sales) experience as a big plus.
• Good knowledge of IT Hardware products.
• Excellent English knowledge.
• Excellent computer users.
• A valid UAE driver’s license.
• Ability to persuade others to change their minds and behavior, and to give full attention to what other people are saying;
• Ability to be aware of others’ reactions and understand why they react as they do;
• Excellent and deep understanding to the Sales Skills, ( Good Listening, Persuasiveness ,Building Strong Relationships and Self-Motivating)
• Good influencing skills and the ability to effectively deal with external customers.
• Excellent, concise verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision making skills
• Superior closing skills
• Presentation skills
