The Role The HR Manger will plan, organise, and direct Human Resources within assigned business segments. This includes, sourcing of talent, reward, learning and development, employee relations and diversity.
You will function as a member of the Integrated HR operations team, providing consultative services in the assessment of the HR needs and the planning/implementation of HR projects designed to maximize organizational effectiveness of the business.
Coach and counsel managers up to own level in the areas of employment regulations, performance management, organizational design and alignment, and development of nationals.
Develop and supervise the implementation of appropriate Section policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls in order to support execution of the Department work programs in line with Company standards
Allocate manpower resources to the planned assignments and develop schedules in order to deliver on objectives
Monitor, investigate, highlight and reconcile any significant variances in utilisation of the
Budget to ensure effective performance and cost control
Contribute to the development of the company KPI’s and ensure proper cascade of the Performance objectives within the company and promote a performance driven culture
Manage the implementation of the Group Performance framework for individuals in accordance with approved guidelines
Encourage innovation, enhance employee motivation and support initiatives for implementation of Change Management to continuously improve operations, processes, procedures and services
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues ensuring that all practices deployed are compliant with company policies and labour law
المهارات
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:
Degree or professional qualification in HR, preferably with a Master’s Degree in HR or MBA with specialisation in HR or a professional qualification in HR like membership of CIPD (UK). Subject matter expert in HR.
Managerial and Supervisory skills
Good communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Good skills in using the HR modules of the ERP system e.g. Oracle – HRMS.
12 years of professional experience with at least 6 years in a similar HR management role
Must be a UAE National, with a family book
